Go Britt , I feel ya . Screw those low life Towing companies and there abusive policies.

  • barry - 9 years ago

Not every one has been given the opportunties that brit has. From good looks to education. She needs to understand that she lives in fantasy land. Not real America. Im sure that she feels superior to most people, and probably everything comes easy for her because of her looks alone. Well, looks dont last forever but souls do and I'll bet her soul is alot less attractive than the woman she verbally attacked

I am utterly shocked at how many people are on the towing company's side. I've personally dealt with Advanced Towing and know many here in Arlington who also have had the delightful pleasure. They are absolutely awful people! Granted, the lady behind the desk taking the money is perhaps not the one who did the towing and maybe didn't deserve all that.... maybe. But I have also met the lady behind the desk and well, she's not the nicest person either.
If they were just towing cars because they deserved to be towed - that's one thing. But I could go on and on with stories about how they wrongfully towed cars, popped tires, messed up cars during the tow, broke into vehicles to hide the visitor tags.... etc.

Hey bimbo if not for your chest backside and blond hair you would not have a shot at a tv spot

  • Karen - 9 years ago

How many times have we heard the old saying, "walk a mile in my shoes"? I wonder what would happen if the women were to switch jobs for a week? Perhaps we should just follow the "Golden Rule" and treat people like we want to be treated.

  • Ray - 9 years ago

I was on the tow companies side until I read about the Yelp ratings and I remember a tow company here in Minneapolis who did the same thing until the city shut them down.
Maybe I wouldn't have insulted the employee but I get the frustration.

  • xenhound - 9 years ago

Tow truck companies are the scum of the earth.

  • Mike - 9 years ago

Just showing her real her coming out. That is a disgusting way to speak to someone else, she should have knocked her teeth out from across the counter. As a role model she should be fired immediately by ESPN to show where they stand on bullying!!!

  • Thom Norback - 9 years ago

The video speaks for itself. An apology to the towing company employee or Britts adoring public would mean nothing.
She is obviously rotten to the core.
If she keeps her job or a modicum of respect or credibility, then shame on us.

  • Ken - 9 years ago

Clearly when one is upset, one should be very careful about their perspective, which clearly was lost in the exchange with attendant, Why shot the the messenger?? Her arrogance and ignorance as an objective reporter is reprehensible!! I find it hard to believe that an outstanding organization such as ESPN would tolerate this behavior!! Many of us are not Rhode Scholars,Mensa participants or of Ivy League pedigree, We still love sports, Last I checked! many forgo college for trade schools and other honorable professions and gave up the opportunity for a college education!self included My son the first in our family's short history in the good old USA who graduates for UMASS AMHERST in May ! I couldn't be prouder of him!! Manners Ms McHenry is something you manged to forgo in your storied tenure at whatever university you attended, I'm disappointed in your parents that they didn't instill in you, a better sense of humility.
towing companies as a whole have despicable business practices I agree!! but it's not a license to be cruel!! IIAll the best on your journey! I hope this incident will open your soul a little, us non Tri Delts have feelings too!!

  • Jake Speed - 9 years ago

She has no class at all! I am surprised that ESPN gave her a week off! With that attitude she should have been terminated. I bet we hear more from her in the future!

The real question is what's up with ESPN? She definitely has a rotten attitude and No Class! WOW!

  • Melissa - 9 years ago

She is a spoiled, foul mouthed, bully and she should be fired. She claims this was caused by stress... Really, princess? So you were stressed and you lashed out with hateful, personal attacks against someone who had NOTHING to do with your car being impounded..... Classless and juvenile. ESPN ought to be ashamed of themselves for condoning this abhorrent behaviour by not firing her.

  • Sam - 9 years ago

While this lady may be horrible for all I know, I live in arlington and advanced towing are the biggest pieces of shit on the face of the earth, ahead of joseph kony and the ghost of hitler

  • Cynthia - 9 years ago

Clearly, this woman is self absorbed, cruel, mean spirited, ruthless, an egomaniac, overly impressed with herself, unkind...Just a few words that come to mind regarding her behavior. She may be "doctored up" to LOOK attractive but She is NOT a pretty soul. Her true character is evident. She's NOT a nice person. Bottom line. And, as far as her being 'educated'...She missed "Tact 101". She should NOT be on TV nor represent any network. She needs to serve time helping the less fortunate. That might be a nice dose or "Humble Pie" and reality for her. And, what is more perplexing to me...is that she's THIS 'so called' TV personality....How stupid can one be by acting like that to anyone...ever? I think she's done. Stick a fork in it...Britt...No one respects you at this point. Your career is history. Maybe, you can apply to Advanced towing now?

  • Jim - 9 years ago

    SPOILED BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know who she is, but I know she's a SPOILED BRAT!!!!!!!!!!
No class for someone in her profession. SPOILED BRAT!!!!!!!!!

  • Shirley - 9 years ago

Not only does the entitled supermodel rich queen highly educated young girl not LASY need to find SOME class. ESPN should fire her and not have anything like this with a mouth like that showing kids at Disney this is what they hire.

  • Joe Lee - 9 years ago

This Britt girl claims she's college educated? She sounds more like a high school drop out to me. I thought the tow truck company representative sounded more college educated. I'm just saying! ESPN needs to send that girl to Charm School for about 9 years and for Gods sake, don't let her watch reruns of herself on ESPN! She needs to fall off her high horse.

  • ellie aviano - 9 years ago

If ESPN doesn't fire her, I'm never taking my kids or my grandkids to disneyland again.
Shame on her and shame on her parents, if she has them.
I think she was raised by wolves!

  • john morris - 9 years ago

What a rant. Spoiled entitled little brat b----ch. Would probably be a better fit for MSNBC instead of ESPN.

  • ken shankhill - 9 years ago

.... we all do/say things we regret ,of course.
However we aren't all a national tv personage.
    She was relentlessly vicious.
Should she lose her job and career..Yes perhaps she should.

    "For want of a nail.."
If she never understood how small things can have monumental consequences..she does now

  • Manda - 9 years ago

I love how this story tries to justify the actions of a spoiled entitled little brat by blaming it on the towing company ! But the truth is the woman she degrated wasn't the one who towed her car! And just because you have a degree and your on the news doesn't mean your any better than anyone ! It surely doesn't mean you have more class . Which we clearly saw in this video . She would never act that way in front of her peers or these celebrities that she interviews . Only to people in her eyes that do not matter !! I'm glad she got put on blast . This shows what kind of a person she really is and it's not very pretty at all .

  • Vince s - 9 years ago

For someone who is stupid she taught you not to park there. and also someone who missing teeth she sure got the bite out of you lol yours truly A tow truck driver

  • Brandon - 9 years ago

Yeah tow companies are awful. But not sure the women that she is talking to towed it, our even have the order to tow it. But being pissed off doesn't give you the right to personally shame the person at the front desk is uncalled for. Believe it or not, some people are just doing their jobs. Attacking them as people because you're mad at the business is uncalled for. And using the "do you know who I am" bit doesn't help your case either. Then they know how to really hurt you. I hope espn fires her.

  • Ryan - 9 years ago

McHenry sure things she is hot stuff! Talk about arrogant and a sense of entitlement!! When I first saw her on ESPN, I thought she must have the job because she is related to Chris McHenry. This girl is not that good of a reporter and she probably knows she landed the job because of her looks...that's why she berated the attendant about weight and teeth. ESPN should lose about 140 pounds...Britt McHenry...I hope I overstated her weight so she is pissed off...her ego added the extra pounds.

  • Jonah Moriarty - 9 years ago

You lose Brit McHenry. I am in media and I am in PR and Brit, you still lose. The tow company women showed true class while you were past ugly.

It remains a mystery as to why you seem to think that you're so special.

  • jake - 9 years ago

OMG. this woman is my hero. excellent. The truth hurts I guess. actually we need more attitude like this instead of less. everyone is so soft and sensitive these days...I mean weak...

  • Nicole - 9 years ago

Many people have "bad days" and they don't act like that. Her true colors came out. That is for sure. In my opinion, she should be FIRED! What a great women to represent ESPN!

  • Scott - 9 years ago

Who gives a sh*t about being on tv?? Believe it or not you can live a great life without being on tv, not everyone craves that attention.. Some folks are above it..

  • Jay - 9 years ago

Umm....Britt this is North Arlington...were all educated, face the fact you got your car towed. It happens...

  • Alfredo de Leon - 9 years ago

Northwestern should be ashamed they let this faux talented wanna be walk out with a degree.

  • fred annerino - 9 years ago

No class to low class. ESPN must be under budget constraints to hire low class people.

  • jim - 9 years ago

    who's
ignorant. the towing company can't just snatch a car at there convience. the property owner has to sign a release to have it removed, or by order of a police officer. i was in this business for 4 years, so pay your charges and get over it. just watch where you park the next time

  • Ed - 9 years ago

What a spoiled brat!! Much like the people she interviews! Spoiled rich children who don't have social skills after they grew older(not up).

  • rose - 9 years ago

this is for you John B.. what made you think that Britt is right? You're insane !

  • rose - 9 years ago

I think Britt is a "B" .. She might have her college degree but she has no class and very stuck up.
She think she is too good .... What a fake!!
Listening to her talk made me sick..
She should be fired... It just tells you what kind of a person she is inside.

  • chris - 9 years ago

How is what the people posting about this issue any different than what Britt Morgan did? I don't think any of us are infallible so what she got rude, who hasn't? I find it funny that people are so quick to judge when you can tell that those comments were taken out of context because you get to see the middle of the argument. What did the woman say to her to set her off? Know the facts before judging. Did she lose her cool? sure she did, is there anyone out there who is perfect? NO....so lets all make a big deal out of nothing. Dam people find something productive to do with your lives instead of passing judgment on others

  • Kathy - 9 years ago

NO excuse for such bad behavior! Shame on poor Britt Britt - bless her little heart - she should be sacked for treating another person like that!
Cringe worthy - I am shocked and sooo upset for the Towing Co. Gal

  • Billy Bob - 9 years ago

The tow truck company are probably shady folks themselves, however if the person just working the counter gets blasted and she did nothing at all, that's uncalled for and the tombstone was her flaunting the ESPN logo of authority. In short her degrading a women.... WRONG, the Tow Truck people aren't shady...... Wrong Again, do we have privacy any more....... Unfortunately that's a wrong as well

  • Pate Roafs - 9 years ago

In 1 minute, Britt really showed how shallow and self absorbed she was. Right or wrong of the towing company, her behavior toward another human being was inexcusable. If she was my daughter, I could never think of her favorably again. It's like a slap to a mother to have a daughter act so deplorable. Shame on you Britt and double shame on you ESPN. Your network has put money above good behavior of your employees.

  • Cat - 9 years ago

So true that women behind the counter probably does own the tow company or sets policy on towing cars for the company so she didn't deserve what was said to her.

I think ESPN should have only 5 words for McHenry when she comes back from her suspension
    Welcome Back McHenry YOUR FIRED!!!!!!

  • Jane - 9 years ago

No excuses for treating the clerk in such degrading manner. Fire Britt.

  • james - 9 years ago

It has always been until recently to give a warning once or twice before towing or giving traffic tickets, most authorities and tow truck are proven illiterate by their actions, i am an author and writing a book about these abuses. Also the solution, do not buy any new products for 5 years at a time until treated better. See if they can take that joke. The end.

  • John B - 9 years ago

Don't blame her a bit, and anyone who works for that kind of towing operation deserves all derision possible. If what Britt said about her WASN'T true, she'd be able to find a more honorable job... so either way Britt's right.

  • Jack Bishop - 9 years ago

To James, things were not said in the heat of the moment, she went on and on and on. She should be fired.
She is an ignoramus in my opinion.

  • Kathy Wilson - 9 years ago

The poor woman being berated was just doing her job! It was not she who towed the bitch's car! I'm pretty sure it wasn't her decision, either. Regardless of whether the car was "rightfully" towed, the poor clerk did NOT deserve to be treated in such a way by this self-important windbag!

  • Missy - 9 years ago

Ok so predatory tow company. Did the girl at the counter own the company. I kinda doubt it. Get a lawyer and take them to court. With her visibility maybe she could have made a difference for a lot of folks who will have to deal with this predatory company in the future.
A real 'intelligent, college educated' person would have chisen that option. A real b$tch just personally attcks tge girl at the counter

  • Robert P - 9 years ago

What a shame. Such a beauty on outside appearance. But on the inside the true personality comes out.
Glad she was educated. To me she never went to school. She has no class!

  • mark - 9 years ago

Fire the white trash nasty girl...... Is this really the image ESPN wants to project. Such a sad bully.....for what???? because she broke the rules by parking in the wrong pace,? Guess rules are made for anyone else but her....

  • James - 9 years ago

Bob I am sure you NEVER said anything in the heat of the moment that you regretted later. PLEASE
I have known the family all my life and they will stand up for themselves when they have to.
They all have Big hearts and would do anything to help.
Could have just been a bad day.

  • Bob s - 9 years ago

She speaks about this woman, and her trailer, missing teeth, etc. Britt made it clear to all of us that she is trailer park trash!!
