Can someone please tell me where the nomination form is for this?
I would like to nominate Karen Gawen from Maroochydore Library.
Karen has set up a program for young adults with an interest in art and craft, to help build their business skills in this area with a view to developing their love of craft into a full time business.
As a result of Karen's program my 12 year old daughter turned her love of making fairy houses into a business, Enchanted Fairy Houses. Further building on this, this 12 year old is now a published author of a craft book, How to Make fairy Houses. Her book was published and printed by an Australian company and profits have remained in Australia. Having received her first royalty cheque recently, 10% went to her chosen charity The Children''s Hospital Foundations Australia, her chosen charity. tTis is just one of the success stories from Karen's program, there have been many more.

I have known Linda Abblitt for over 30 years. I have worked with her and as her boss when she would work for a year and then take a year's leave without pay to go and work 'gratis' in some poorer nation of the world. Come back again to save up and go again.
She has amazed me as she has gone to remote Aussie places but mostly on foreign soil, transforming or establishing libraries around the world. Even her journey in gaining her librarian qualification is noteworthy. Linda has managed to achieve all this through periods of health challenges and self-supporting. She comes from a strong stock of missionaries and her life has certainly exemplifies service for others.
