We must prosecute crimes. Our treaties like the Geneva Convention is the law of the land.The Supremacy Clause is a clause in the United States Constitution, article VI, paragraph 2, and must be adhered to. I live in the Great State of Texas. Our budget is always in the black except a couple of times that a democrat managed to get in the govenors office. I have never been on any kind of goverment assistance. I have been on my own since I was 15 and I worked and put myself thru college and I have never been unemployed because I was willing to work in the mud for minimum wage but I have never gone hungry. I have lived in my car a few times but thats ok. I don't want your money and I don't need your money. Before the next election the law needs to be changed so that when we vote on the computer a paper ballad is printed out and put in a ballad box and a copy made for the voter to keep so we can read the ballad and know that our vote is not being changed by the computer. The way it is being done now there is no way for the voters to be sure our vote is not being tampered with. This is the only way will ever be sure of having an honest election again. People complained after the last election about ballads being changed and we need to demand that voters have the right to vote in this country. Only American citizens have Constitutional right to vote in this country and the Democrats and the ACLU are blocking this because they are using these illegal voters to win. but a Democrat is demanding a picture ID to get into his townhall meetings. You have to show your drivers licence or Id to cash a check but it is intrusive to ask for your identication for something as important as keeping our elections honest.

Are any of you having trouble with the internet. I don't like what is going on with mine. Everytime I put in my name, try to write my comment or read the ones posted it gets wiped out and I have to start over. Every time I try to read comments it reloads over and over again making it impossible to read. This is the only site I am having a problem with and that makes me suspicious.
By the way, while the White House has admitted they payed that compay to send out those e-mails they have yet to explain how they obtained the e-mail addresses. That the question the American people have a right to have answered

I think we should reopen these cases and prosecute someone. The United States DOES NOT torture. What makes this country great is that we have always followed the rules of law including the Geneva Convention. President Obama is doing an excellent job healing the riffs made with other nations. The status of the United States as a superpower hangs more on our humanitarian efforts than our brutish military. We are not and should NEVER be barbarians.
As Americans pulled together after 9/11, and while we are still under threat of another attack, I believe we should show good faith and prosecute those who ordered the attrocities that occurred under the veil of "homeland security.
I support President Obama in reopening these cases to help rebuild our nation's image of being a leader and not a conquerer.

I think that if there IS an investigation. And any CIA agents found to be involved in harsh treatment of terrorist suspects should be given medals. After all, it was because of this treatment that they got information that stopped more terrorist attacks on Americans. but in one state the Republican had a twenty thousand vote lead the media refused to declare him the leader.There was only one district left to count and it was a conservative district but according the Democrat not only picked up the twenty thousand votes to tie with Republican but picked enough to win the election. If it smells rotten it probably is! Before the next election the law needs to be changed so that when we vote on the computer a paper ballad is printed out and put in a ballad box and a copy made for the voter to keep so we can read the ballad and know that our vote is not being changed by the computer. The way it is being done now there is no way for the voters to be sure our vote is not being tampered with. This is the only way will ever be sure of having an honest election again. People complained after the last election about ballads being changed and we need to demand that voters have the right to vote in this country. Only American citizens have Constitutional right to vote in this country and the Democrats and the ACLU are blocking this because they are using these illegal voters to win. but a Democrat is demanding a picture ID to get into his townhall meetings. You have to show your drivers licence or Id to cash a check but it is intrusive to ask for your identication for something as important as keeping our elections honest.

Those that are salivating to hang the CIA are nothing less then enemies of America. No nation can survive if it won’t keep its secrets secret. I think we should reopen these cases and prosecute someone. The United States DOES NOT torture. What makes this country great is that we have always followed the rules of law including the Geneva Convention. President Obama is doing an excellent job healing the riffs made with other nations. The status of the United States as a superpower hangs more on our humanitarian efforts than our brutish military. We are not and should NEVER be barbarians.
As Americans pulled together after 9/11, and while we are still under threat of another attack, I believe we should show good faith and prosecute those who ordered the attrocities that occurred under the veil of "homeland security.
I support President Obama in reopening these cases to help rebuild our nation's image of being a leader and not a conquerer.

I think that if there IS an investigation. And any CIA agents found to be involved in harsh treatment of terrorist suspects should be given medals. After all, it was because of this treatment that they got information that stopped more terrorist attacks on Americans. Obama and all his czars seem to be more for the islamic terrorists than for Americans.

Doesn't Obama and the Attorney General realize these people were taken under wartime circumstances, not regular civilian activities. It is criminal on the Administarations part to even think of prosecuting the CIA or anyone else connected with it, include President Bush. Obama has said he is ashamed of the United States so he is out to prove it and be way off base on this situation. Guilt is in the eye of the beholder. The Bush justice department found no reason to continue the investigation, but Obama will. No one in the CIA under Obama is going to do anything that will violate the law so we have a remedy for the abuses.
