I was at church when Pastor preached these sermons and they all have been taken totally out of context. It is a FACT that Senator Obama was not at church during these sermons. Senator Obama should not be judged by Pastor Wright nor any other person. During Senator McCain's interview with Mr. Hannity, he(McCain) said he didnot love America until he was without it. Like mine, the ancestors of most of the white people in this country never owned slaves, and many fought and died to free them. If black pastors are teaching hate, bitterness, revenge and segregation rather than what Christ taught: love, forgiveness and brotherhood of all, no wonder racial tension isn’t going away. These people are still in bondage—this time to bitterness. They will never be free until they get rid of that.
As for Obama knowing what his pastor's beliefs were, there's only one way that could be true--if he wasn't actually going to church all these years. If he only showed up on Easter and Christmas, maybe he didn't know. In that case he is not who he presents himself to be.
Otherwise, he had to know. His wife's recent comment about being proud of her country for the first time leads me to believe he just shares the same views as his pastor. That's why he didn't leave the church or denounce that teaching sooner.

After listening to a comment by michele obama, in her husband's campaign, i told a black friend that i did not trust this woman. Now I know I was right. I had planned to vote for Hillary because she has worked so hard and I believe truly loves America. I could not believe the media was so soft on BHO. I hope black people will wake up and not just vote for the color of their skin. We have so much to be thankful for and I am proud to be an American.

Earlier today, I saw a black man being interviewed, believe it was Neil Cavuto's show but not sure, where the guy was a member of that Trinity church. He was asked if he agreed with the message that the Pastor was delivering, and he did everything BUT answer the question.
I didn't realize before that the violent hatred that existed in the form of the KKK against blacks, was alive and well and in a supposedly Christian church by blacks against whites in this day and age.
Barack Obama may not be a Muslim, but he has lain with dogs, so he must have fleas.
We do not need a president who looks up to a this vile excuse for a man of the cloth. In the footage I saw on TV, the entire congregation was really into the vileness that the Pastor was spewing, which was hatred toward whites.
How very terribly sad ....... way beyond the effects of the outcome of this presidential campaign.

I have thought that Obama is too young and inexperienced to be Commander-in-Chief of our Country, and have been waiting to hear real background on him. I'm glad it is finally becoming obvious the kind of individuals he claims as friends. More will surely be made public as concerned newspersons make it known to us. I just wish other networks besides FOX would give equal treatment to both sides and viewpoints. I will vote Republican for the first time in my life if the choice is Obama/McCain. I made this decision weeks ago based on some little level of discomfort about Obama---maybe if it seems too good to be true, it is! The little American lapel flag flap...the Michelle Obama comment about being proud to be an American for the first time...the associations with shady characters. From the looks of this latest report it is ANTI-Christ. As a Christian, and one who actually reads her bible, I am sickened by the hate filled garbage this "reverend" is trying to spoon feed. It is a polar opposite to what God mandated we follow, and therefore, a slap in God's face that this man call himself a Christian. His comments in an earlier interview when he attacked Sean Hannity and shouted that Martin Luther King was the pastor of a BLACK church....if that isn't separatist rederick, I don't what is...come on! So now he is an expert on King's message!???? If Dr. King were here he'd likely take a strap to this guy. King TOILED for an America where we became ONE nation, united....."Pastor" Wright has no freakin clue!
And Obama had the AUDACITY to just say in his interview with Major, that he only heard the pastor speak of God, Jesus, (and with the slightest raising of his nose the "politician" in him added) and the helping of the poor. Oh PLEASE! Unless he had a bevy of cameras on him he would not likely cross the street to put out a poor person on fire. The so called "campaign of change" he offers is growing darker by the moment. I pray that we wake up as a nation before we completely "sell our souls to the devil" so to speak.

It is frightening to me that so many in America have gone "wild" over this man that no one knew until he spoke at the Democratic Convention. People still do not know him, yet they have voted for him. I feel deeply that this exposure should have a drastic affect on Obama's chances for the White House, but fear it will not, looking at how so many seem to be hypotized by his smooth speech. It is very upsetting to see someone fall from grace so far. Mr. Obama clearly is not the person that he wanted us all to believe. This will effect his election bid. It raises serious questions about what kind of "change" he will impose on our country and our future, were he to be elected president. I read through all the posts on your site and was saddened to see some hate filled comments in them. These comments do not help our country, the only way to improve or truly change our country is to work toward mutual understanding and unity of all. This issue is not about racism it is about hate, when anyone says or does any action on purpose, and that action harms another, they have assaulted that individual. This is a crime in law and a crime in the sight of God. It is worse when such hate comes from a man of God. People who speak this way do not only do it from time to time. It becomes part of their soul and personality. I question Mr. Obama's judgement, as he was unable to see that Mr. Wright was such a person.

I read about the Trinty church on the internet before they pulled the part about it being a church for blacks only and all their money was being sent to Africia. I think Rev. I think the remarks of the "preacher" were very damaging to O'Bamma. I do not beleive O'Bama when he stated he has never heard anything from this preacher re: the hate statements.
I raised my daughter, single parent, . I raised her to never say the "N" word, and we are all God's people. Now, all thanks to O'Bama's spiritual advisor for many years, I have to explain to my daughter that not all black people scream out "God Damn America" , and many more hatefull remarks, he is truly not very smart man at all,,. There was a simularity to this preacher and O'Bama's wife, " This is the first time I have EVER been proud to be in America". What did she say and feel before, " God Damn America?"

EVen if Obama never heard this talk personally, don't tell me he didn't know this reverend was saying this stuff. He would have heard about it from other members of the church. While I believe in free speech, I don't believe a man who wants to be president of the U.S. should be attending a church even once where this kind of hate is being spewed.

Maybe that's why churches are so segregated in America. I notice white churches with no blacks or very few and black churches with no whites. Could it be that most of the good church going people have some racial problems since they don't seem capable of having a pastor who is not their color?
It has been said that Sunday morning, around 10 or 11 a.m. is the most segregated time in America and it seems true for blacks and whites. So what does that pastor ranting and raving have to do with what Obama thinks.

I am a conservative Republican who will not vote for Obama or Hillary but I fully understand what is happening here and it will not work.

How could anyone vote for a person, who turns his back to our flag and wont honor it? A man that if elected has said he will be sworn in with the Korean Bible. Our kids are dying for that flag, how dare him disrepect our flag. If he has gone to that church for 20 yrs. then he must agree with that sick minster. As a democrat, if he is running, I will vote for McCain. At least I know he is a true American and loves this country. He will be a dangerous president, if elected. As a Reverend myself, I can not understand how a man of God can preach nothing but Hate. Unless you are a servant of the Devil, you should be bringing love, forgiveness and the word of God to your flock. This man who says he is a servant of God, but seems to be very rich in clothes and his building, however is very lacking in the Holy Spirit. I also see gold bracelets and a fine watch. He takes very expensive international trips.
May God forgive him and teach him the errors of his way. May the Lord protect us from him and his foolish followers. For one day they may be in control of a nuclear weapon.

Well, if there was ever a question about Obama having the credentials to lead our country, it was answered tonight in the interview on Fox. There is absolutely no way this man will be elected. My wife has said from the get-go that Obama has been 'groomed' for years to run for President, and the people doing the grooming were Muslims. I'm reminded of Kruschev pounding his boot on the table and saying "we (Russia) will take over the U S without firing a shot". Obama is a very intelligent man and it's a real shame that all that talent is being wasted. Another point....I've seen some of the 'on the street' interviews being conducted by networks and one of the questions that is asked is "why are you going to vote for Obama"? The answer most given is "because he is black".

For someone who is running his campaign against Hillary on a platform that touts "sound and good judgement", its appears as though Mr. Obama has not exhibited the same in his personal life. Considering drug use and/or abuse, seemingly embrasing Marxist beliefs, his friendships with Tony Rezko and Jeremiah Wright and a confessed member of the Weathermen, I fear that sound judgement is not something I would be willing to believe Mr. Obama possesses personally.
Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Jr Is a bigot. He should be prosecuted for spreading sedition within his congregation. When convicted he should be forceably placed on the first plane going to Africa and preferably let off in Sudan. He should be left behind without an American penny in his pocket.

I think the church DOES represent Obama's views. He was raised as a moslem then a perported christian ( although do not believe this). this church represents radical racial and hateful views and emulates moslem thinking. Thank you Sean Hannity for working on this for over a year to expose a man who would be disastrious for our country. Obama and his wife are obviously "closet racists" being members of that lunatic Rev Wrights church for 20 years. There is NO WAY you can go to a church that long and for Wright to be his Mentor, he had to know him personally and ALL of his views. His wife's comments earlier about her "being proud to be an American for the first time in her adult life" were the "tell tell" sign and confirm this. Reverend Wright shares the ideals, beliefs, and the same political ideology as Geraldine Ferraro - they are the old guard - We must remember that when Reverend Wright was a young man, he had to ride in the back of the bus, he had to attend segregated schools, he witnessed elected officials order the hosing of African Americans who just wanted to be accepted and treated as equal human beings to Whites, he witnessed our military segregate the White and Black soldiers - he was aware of the KKK and all the lynchings. Reverend White's ideals and belief systems developed during the years when signs were visibly and purposely placed on public restrooms, hotels, restaurants, everywhere directing African Americans to use the back door or advising that "Negroes" were not allowed at all. Reverend Wright teaches what he has lived and what he has experienced. Every elderly person, whether they be preachers, teachers, or politicians, tell us about their experiences - I find it hard to believe that any intelligent person can honestly say that they cannot UNDERSTAND why Reverend Wright believes as he does. Senator Obama, like myself, can respect our elders; we listen to them and take what is useful from their experiences and disregard that which we don't agree with and that which we know no longer is true. African Americans no longer remind their children to go all the way to the back of the bus, because it is no longer necessary for them to do so - While I don't agree with much of what I've heard Reverend Wright say in his sermons, I understand Why a Black man, his age, having lived through what he has, feels as he does - The fact that Senator Obama is where he is in this presidential race tells me that the consciousness of all Americans has transformed from years ago - The only reason people will hold Senator Obama responsible for Reverend Wright's beliefs, are those that want to stop him from becoming the first Black president in their life time, and that saddens me.

I was at church when Pastor preached these sermons and they all have been taken totally out of context. It is a FACT that Senator Obama was not at church during these sermons. Senator Obama should not be judged by Pastor Wright nor any other person. During Senator McCain's interview with Mr. Hannity, he(McCain) said he didnot love America until he was without it. After listening to a comment by michele obama, in her husband's campaign, i told a black friend that i did not trust this woman. Now I know I was right. Earlier today, I saw a black man being interviewed, believe it was Neil Cavuto's show but not sure, where the guy was a member of that Trinity church. He was asked if he agreed with the message that the Pastor was delivering, and he did everything BUT answer the question.
I didn't realize before that the violent hatred that existed in the form of the KKK against blacks, was alive and well and in a supposedly Christian church by blacks against whites in this day and age.

I sincerely hope this puts an end to BHO's bid for the presidency. I have had a problem believing him from the beginning. Add to that the comment his wife recently made about being proud of this country for the first time in her life and it's a very scary thought that the two of them could even remotely be the residents in the White House.

It is frightening to me that so many in America have gone "wild" over this man that no one knew until he spoke at the Democratic Convention. People still do not know him, yet they have voted for him. Maybe that's why churches are so segregated in America. I notice white churches with no blacks or very few and black churches with no whites. Could it be that most of the good church going people have some racial problems since they don't seem capable of having a pastor who is not their color?

As a Reverend myself, I can not understand how a man of God can preach nothing but Hate. Unless you are a servant of the Devil, you should be bringing love, forgiveness and the word of God to your flock. This man who says he is a servant of God, but seems to be very rich in clothes and his building, however is very lacking in the Holy Spirit. I also see gold bracelets and a fine watch. Well, if there was ever a question about Obama having the credentials to lead our country, it was answered tonight in the interview on Fox. There is absolutely no way this man will be elected. My wife has said from the get-go that Obama has been 'groomed' for years to run for President, and the people doing the grooming were Muslims. For someone who is running his campaign against Hillary on a platform that touts "sound and good judgement", its appears as though Mr. Obama has not exhibited the same in his personal life. Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Jr Is a bigot. He should be prosecuted for spreading sedition within his congregation. When convicted he should be forceably placed on the first plane going to Africa and preferably let off in Sudan. He should be left behind without an American penny in his pocket.
Barak Obama's association with this man he prefers to call his Uncle because of long time fellowship with his family should disquailify him from runing fro any offcie in the United States. If you attend a racist church for 20 years and the preacher is a mentor, and you look to him for spirital support you what he stands for and we do not need a bigot, racist, person running our country and separating our people even more. We are trying to bring our country together not cause more prejudice and hate among Americans! I always had a bad feeling of distrust about the Obamas. Now I think the truth may come out. I grew up poor with a single parent, but I have always loved my country. They should thank God for the great country they live in. What an insult it would be to the troops to have a commander in chief who hates America. I'm insulted by these phoneys. All Americans who love their country should be insulted. Is this an election for a leader of the greatest country in the world, or to show that the blacks are equal?
I disagree with Truth King. Slavery was started by the blacks in Africa who raped and attacked their neighboring tribesman then sold the young and able to other blacks on the coast of Africa. And then traded them to the Europeans who transported all over the planet for slavery. My ancestors were slaves too. I am Irish, you don't hear me complaining!!!! Wise up - - Grow up!!! I feel this is not a big deal, can we go back into the history of our present and past presidents and also find the prejudice sermons that their pastors has preached. Are you kidding me? So many of you live in the same household with people who have said worse things than Rev. Wright but yet you want to cast stones. This too shall pass. I think the church DOES represent Obama's views. He was raised as a moslem then a perported christian ( although do not believe this). this church represents radical racial and hateful views and emulates moslem thinking. He could not be a member for 20 years without knowing about these inflammatory views and by his presence, he condones those views and espouses to them. As President of the United States, he cannot simply care about black people but must care about all people. Too many blacks think of themselves as a separate America. Do we want such views in the white house?

Thank you Sean Hannity for working on this for over a year to expose a man who would be disastrious for our country. Obama and his wife are obviously "closet racists" being members of that lunatic Rev Wrights church for 20 years. There is NO WAY you can go to a church that long and for Wright to be his Mentor, he had to know him personally and ALL of his views. His wife's comments earlier about her "being proud to be an American for the first time in her adult life" were the "tell tell" sign and confirm this. The Rezko and Ayers connection...it ALL comes together now. Of course Barack would denounce his Pastor his now. That's what his advisors are telling him to do. It's too late. Barack, you need to step down, you are not a unifier but a divider.
It think this will destroy Obama's campaign. I also think that his campaign knew last month that this story was going to come out and they are behind the release being sure that it hit the news after the TX, OH primary and 6 weeks before the PA primary so they would have as much time as possible to try to repair the damage.
Reverend Wright shares the ideals, beliefs, and the same political ideology as Geraldine Ferraro - they are the old guard - We must remember that when Reverend Wright was a young man, he had to ride in the back of the bus, he had to attend segregated schools, he witnessed elected officials order the hosing of African Americans who just wanted to be accepted and treated as equal human beings to Whites, he witnessed our military segregate the White and Black soldiers - he was aware of the KKK and all the lynchings. Reverend White's ideals and belief systems developed during the years when signs were visibly and purposely placed on public restrooms, hotels, restaurants, everywhere directing African Americans to use the back door or advising that "Negroes" were not allowed at all. Reverend Wright teaches what he has lived and what he has experienced. Every elderly person, whether they be preachers, teachers, or politicians, tell us about their experiences - I find it hard to believe that any intelligent person can honestly say that they cannot UNDERSTAND why Reverend Wright believes as he does. Senator Obama, like myself, can respect our elders; we listen to them and take what is useful from their experiences and disregard that which we don't agree with and that which we know no longer is true. African Americans no longer remind their children to go all the way to the back of the bus, because it is no longer necessary for them to do so - While I don't agree with much of what I've heard Reverend Wright say in his sermons, I understand Why a Black man, his age, having lived through what he has, feels as he does - The fact that Senator Obama is where he is in this presidential race tells me that the consciousness of all Americans has transformed from years ago - The only reason people will hold Senator Obama responsible for Reverend Wright's beliefs, are those that want to stop him from becoming the first Black president in their life time, and that saddens me.
I want everyone to really question themselves on the fact....How will this man be ready on day 1 to represent us? He is trying to claim that for twenty years he's never heard the pastor, so how would he possibly be able to hear or represent the US in a presentable manner....all he knows how to do is lie, lie, lie. If he was so poor how did he go to one of the most expensive schools in Hawaii. Did Rezko pay for his schooling.......I know his million dollar mansion was paid for by Rezko......People that pray together stay together so we must all believe he has the same thoughts as his pastor that he claims to pray with....I think he will have no choice except to step aside and forget about politics maybe he could take his pastors place because he sure can give a sermon or speech without meaning or taking credit for anything....I hope this opens the eyes of many Americans and makes them realize just what Obama believes in and stands for.
