Joanna Taylor is by far the best librarian Australia can have. PLC is VERY fortunate to have her here with us. She has helped so many people find books they like, she helps us with our homework and I love the little classes she teaches that help us find accurate information online and through books. She is very helpful, inspirational and kind towards us girls. She constantly emails us information that can help with work or assignments, and very persuasive on getting us to read books. She IS Australia's best Librarian.

Jake is cool! I have a severe health issue and Jake is always helpful with accessabilty issues and suggestions of new authors I might like to read. Sometimes if I am a bit depressed I come into to Library to have a laugh at (oops I mean with) Jake. All of the staff at Yass are amazing but Jake is the funniest! Jake for President!!!

I met Pari Asadi over 2 years ago. I suffer from MS and needed a lot of help as I am also wheelchair bond. She did all she could and when I thanked her she said that she has done her duty and it was a pleasure to serve me (her own word). Whenever I go to Tugeranon library I look for her and she always drops everything she is doing to help me. She always treats me with respect and I feel comfortable with her at my side. I want to vote for all these people!

I admire the regional librarians who inspire their communities, the specialist librarians who always do that extra mile to assist researchers; and my fav - the drug peddlers, who excite and incite the children to reading thru their magical story telling.

I once travelled on a plane to Sydney and back from Melbourne with Somers and I admired how calm he remained whilst being padded down going through customs.

Jenny Fox works wonderfully for the young and not so young.
A great Librarrian and an asset to Dampier, leading the way with helping our more senior citizens and with a fantastic record organising the Tidy town committee many times in the past and a carer for local fauna.

Priya Lawton gets my vote - she always so enthusiastic and warm. She makes everybody feel welcome (even babies who love to take all the books off the shelves)

I have had the pleasure of teaching at the same school as Bronte Bailey. Not only is she a fabulous teacher librarian for the children who adore her, she is an amazing work colleague who is always happy assist you with resources, information etc. no matter how busy she is.

I first met Dominique through a Mother's Group meeting. I admired her passion and enthusiasm. My baby and I have since seen her many times at the AH Bracks Library for Baby Rhyme Time. We always enjoy singing along with her!

Pari is an amazing children librarian and person. I still remember her children story time at Erindale library. My children are grown up now but they named their sister after a character in her story time. We loved he then and will always remember her...I can't wait to take my grand son to her story time.
